'Luther' American Remake"NNOOOOO"
Fox is at it again,Ruining my favorite British shows, The American adventures of Detective Chief Inspector John Luther are one step closer to a reality – Fox has ordered a pilot... Despite its cancellation, it seems Gracepoint was enough of a success for American networks to continue remaking British crime dramas. As such, the remake of Luther has made another step towards existence. We knew before Christmas that a script was being developed, and now we’ve learned that a pilot episode has been ordered by Fox. It’ll be a few months before we hear anything else, we’d wager. A Luther special, in its original British form, has also been rumored recently.The remake will reportedly be made by Idris Elba, the original genius murder detective John Luther. In the same announcement, Fox also mentioned a new Frankenstein series which also got a pilot order. More news as we hear it.
