Resident Evil Revelations 2 - Episode 1 is only a few weeks away, the first proper Resident Evil game since 2012's Resident Evil 6, which received less-than-stellar reviews.
This installment will see the return of Claire Redfield (Resident Evil 2, Code Veronica) and Barry Burton (Resident Evil), who is searching for his daughter Moira (another playable character).
Capcom sat down to show us the new Raid Mode -- the multiplayer minigame from the first Revelations game. Check out this dev video:
You get a good look at what the combat is like, the leveling system in Raid Mode, and a nice intro to Claire Redfield, who we haven't seen since the Dreamcast days...Yeah, it's been THAT long since she's starred in a Resident Evil game. It's nice to see her again. In comparison, her brother Chris has starred in 5 Resident Evil games, including the first Revelations. Claire's playing catch-up.
