There's a new teaser for Call of Duty: Black Ops III ahead of its big reveal this Sunday. And here it is...
The Call of Duty franchise continues its gradual slide into sci-fi territory with this year's Black Ops III. That's what we've learned from the new teaser trailer below, which introduces us to a near-future world where genetically-modified soldiers are the norm.
As others have already pointed out, there's more than a whiff of Deus Ex to the teaser, with its body augmentations and other cybernetic gizmos. It doesn't let us see anything of the game itself, but it does give a hint to the story Treyarch are preparing to tell.
We're hoping that we'll get a look at Black Ops III's gameplay in the official reveal, which is set to take place on the April 26. We'll bring you more on the shooter sequel when we get it.
