Aqua Teen Hunger Force is about to hit its final season and we have a trailer commemorating it. Time certainly flies over 15 years.
For every beginning there is an ending. For every ending there must be a beginning for that ending. I guess. I don’t know. All I know is that Aqua Teen Hunger Force has been going on since the tail end of 2000 and we’re finally reaching the finale. On June 21, the eleventh and final season, otherwise known as Aqua Teen Hunger Force Forever, will air.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force has been a lynchpin to Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim ever since they decided to show weirdo adult-themed cartoons late at night. The trio of Frylock, Master Shake, and Meatwad were originally created – albeit in mostly different forms – for an episode of Space Ghost: Coast to Coast that was only finished years after Aqua Teen hit the air. They even got a full-length movie in theaters back in 2007 along with a second (albeit unfinished) version of it on the DVD.
It’ll be interesting to see if there’s a correct way to end the series. I mean, these are characters who have died a million times over and they’re still in the same Seattle, New Jersey home continuing their bizarre business. How do you bring closure to that? Even the movie refused to have an actual ending, so all you can do is expect something strange.
