Knights of Sidonia season 2 arrives next month! Here's the teaser trailer...
Oh man, I've been waiting months for this: Netflix has announced that the second season of their anime series, Knights of Sidonia, will arrive on July 3.
If you haven't started watching this show, I made a case for why you definitely should. It was one of my favorite Netflix programs last year.
Here's the trailer:
The show picks up right where the first season left off. The "seed ship" Sidonia continues to search for a new home for humanity among the stars while escaping the gauna - the life-forms which destroyed the Solar System many centuries ago. It's basically Battlestar Galactica, except the Cylons are big, ugly kaiju and the fighters are actually awesome mechs.
